Anyone having a signal problem with their Sky box?

Since yesterday our box keeps randomly losing the signal and just has a message on the screen that it's not receiving a signal. My husband tried turning it off and resetting it and it worked for a while. Today it went again and it won't come back at all. Earlier on today some channels were available and others weren't. Just curious if it's the weather or our box.

The dish hasn't been struck by the exuberant summer football?

It could be a failing LNB.

Check that the cable(s) from the dish going in to the box are still connected, could have come lose if the box was moved.

My husband called Sky this morning. He did all the stuff the Sky site told him to do last night and it's completely gone now. Sky think it's something to do with the dish so someone coming out on Monday, thankfully it's still under warranty.
