Can someone suggest the easiest way to re-install windows?
Is it just a matter of downloading an edition from Microsoft website?

Currently I have Windows Home Premium SP 1, on 64 Bit OS
It's been running slow and would like to just do a clean re-installation

I don't have any CD that might have come with the Laptop.

    Cheers

There is more than likely a recovery partition on your computer which is usually initiated at the boot sequence by tapping a key..

Just Google your laptop model with factory restore and you should be presented with instructions.
