Documents needed for "Confirmation of residency" for means test?

    I've been notified of my means test appointment for Jobseekers Allowance next week and noted one of the things needed is a "Confirmation of residency (mortgage details/lease and landlords PRTB Number and contact details)". I have the landlords PRTB number/details (the house is also on the PTRB register) but I have no lease in the house, just a monthly periodic tenancy. What can I bring to meet this requirement? I've already established proof of address with Social Welfare.

    a bill in your name to the address in question, is also Accepted I believe
