    Available premises with restaurant planning in Dublin are like hens teeth and have been for the last year or so - I've been looking too.

    The big commercial estate agents would probably be the nearest thing to a broker you're going to find. They have waiting lists though and people are paying silly amounts of key money to secure any decent premises out there.
