USC deduction for medical hard holders

Hi folks, Just a quick question. I hold a Medical Card through the private company VHI. I was wondering if this would be good enough for claiming the lower rate of USC at 4% or does this only apply if you hold the Medical Card you can get from HSE?

HSE only.

You don't have a medical card you have a membership card
