On the look out for a medium(about 56cm) bike for training.
Looking for something not too expensive.
Alum frame with carbon forks would be ideal.

    Preferably not white!
Would like 10speed but will accept 8/9 depending on price.

Please post pics, spec and price

    Thanks

    Hey,

Giant defy, top tube 55.5cm, alloy frame with carbon fork, got it for one of the young lads and but changed his mind, not sure if its 8 or 9 speed, it's black/white and a bit of silver, paid €380 for it and fitted new bar tape @€;15 on it so I'd the the same back for it, have the invoice for it... I was thinking of sticking a 105 group set on it, I can send you pics tomorrow or you can look at it tomorrow eve and see if it would suit you, if not no prob, I just have not got around to putting it up far sale yet,

    Cheers zip,

You still have that Idleater? I've admired that a few times. Is it for sale as pictured? What's the beans on it?

    Aye,
Spec is soma smoothie 56cm (http://www.somafab.com/archives/product/smoothie)
    Carbon fork that takes mudguards.
Sram rival minus a caliper for longer reach.
Itm bars and stem, BBB post and headset.

I use it on Thursdays for the league and winter training so have powertap g3 wheels on it.

Kmage according to strava is 15 500ml. Something like €650 without wheels.
