    Do they say anything about the strength of a person? I am very bad at them even though I would be regarded as being able to lift relatively heavy weights in the gym.

    Lot of technique. But you need strong wrists and bis.


    There's a few clubs about, mostly Polish / Latvian / Lithuanian lads.

    I can definitely do more chins than 99% of my friends but I don't think I'd win an arm wrestle against a lot of them

    Saw a documentary on John Brzenk a while back. Unbeatable, but doesn't look any different to other arm wrestlers.
