    Is the yamaha 115 2 stroke engines built as well as the 90's?

    Never had a Yam 90 but owned this 1998 115hp back in the day.

    Mine had an issue with the oil injection system which was eventually sorted by Bobby Killen in Dalkey, but other than that, it was a reliable motor.
    They are a 2 stroke 1.7 litre V4 so very different set up to the 90 which I think were a 3 or 4 cyl in line.

    She made a lovely noise but jasus she was a whore for the juice!:D

    More complex being a V4 and an extra cylinder but have a great reputation as a bullet-proof engine matched almost by their reputation for being thirsty!
