Hi. Need a little help. I know nothing about hardware.

1. What is your budget? €500ish

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Software development mainly web side of things. Maybe little be of gaming. Also I use 2 monitors. Would like to upgrade to 3 eventually but not a priority as I might not.

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes 7 or 8

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Nope

5. Do you need a monitor? Nope

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Nope

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

8. How can you pay? Credit Card

9. When are you purchasing? 2 weeks

Quad core haswell i5 and 8GB ram should be nice for heavy ides and there's also a 256GB ssd which should run sql DBs nice and fast and have everything load quickly.

The graphics card should also net you decent fps at 1080p with medium settings in most new games and should run 2 monitors no problem.

Three monitors seem to require an active displayport adaptor for a lot of people on the older 7xxx series radeon cards (250x is a rebadged 7770).

Newer non rebadged cards like the 260x and the r9 290s can do this though if you were considering expanding your budget:

Not a bad build but a 250x is not going to do 1080p gaming with playable framerates at all in newer titles.

I wouldn't go any lower than an R7 265 or a 750ti for 1080p and I'd overclock both as you can easily get an extra 30% performance from both cards with a decent cooler.

The 265 is the higher performing card.
