Would it be difficult to buiild a shed like this and would it be much cheaper than buying if at all. Would it be dry enough have a computer there in summer time? I presume it would. My current shed is dry in summer. It is dry in winter but damp

How would you connect it to the power and would ESB charge for connection

Unless your very handy and have the skills and tools to tackle it your better off buying one.
You wouldn't look for Esb connection for it you would just connect it off the house supply and any reg electrician could do that

Probably cheaper to buy and maybe stiffen it all up with a few 2x1's after yourself. Windows and floor are usually a bit flimsy on them.

    Underground if at all possible.
Your electrician would be able to advise.
