Would anyone know what type of oil that goes in a newage gearbox mated to a lister/petter engine. The ID plate of the box is broke in half, but I just worked out that it was a newage box. There is also another drain plug on a housing behind the box. What is that ? Does this use the same oil, or how often does it need changing.

    Forgot to take pics

It takes Gear oil. Same as every other clonky old gearbox there is. The words Lister petter and "fussy" do not go together.
