I live beside city centre but heard the one near Rathcoole is better, is it true you cant use both facilities with the same membership?

not sure how I decide which one to join besides choosing which is closest

whats the weight training facilities like? All I need is a squat rack and some olympic weights for deadlifts, cleans/presses, pull up stations would be good too

check out both?? i train in sbg city centre cause i live pretty close and class times suit me better than sbg concord, not able to use both on the same membership, city centre has a small amount of equipment but everything you listed above is there including the pull up bar

Take a few classes at both and decide for yourself after that. I believe you can train at every SBGI facilities.
