Same product, just down to pricing, customer service and choice of modem/router.

Vodafone are better IMO and to be fair to them their customer service is *mostly* grand.

Sky's customer service would be the best but they don't offer Fibre so!

I live in Dublin 18 and my estate is split into three separate estates. 2 of the 3 estates have efibre but my estate, closest to an eircom station, still has no efibre installed!! asked eircom why and as usual they can't give me an answer, only a link as to register my interest for if/when it eventually comes to my estate!
I have been a loyal customer of eircom for years, but they wont offer me a loyalty discount and provide me with slow broadband speed and cant tell me when efibre is coming to my estate even though it's already available in the other 2 estates!!! joke!
