NCT failure? Never used replacement sills, just cut out the rust and MIG in new metal. Buy a random bonnet or door from a breakers and cut out the required size. The metal should be pliable enough to bend it into shape.

I used another set of sills and cut them up to suit, cleaned the inside beam well, treated it as best I could then welded them on and painted them with hammerite. Best way to sort the sills

They're a basic enough shape so any thin flat steel should do the job
