Bit of a review for all ye bassists out there!

got me one on adverts, great deal.

was a bit noisy at first, like a radio between stations, but a new tube sorted that, thank you Jimi.

First impressions paired with a swr workingmans 4 x 10?

Loud, clear, punchy and clean loud too!

playing with a loud guitarist and animal drummer i had it at about 51/2 at rehearsals. Effortless and everyone commented on how clear and deep it sounded!

i set it to a neutral enough eq and used my active bass to eq on the fly for different songs using pick up selection and a little eq

it's true it won't growl when driven but i don't want it to, have stomps for that, nice to have a lot of clean headroom i feel.

Got to be one of the best bang for buck bass amps around.
    It's not that light but it's no svt4 either:D

Really enjoying playing with my improved sound

    :)
