Best company to book with: last minute, for honeymoon?

    Will be going on a honeymoon October hopefully but am unable to book anywhere until that month fairly close to when we can go due to health issue.

    who is best to book last minute trips with, to a sunny climate in Europe at that time of year??

    Impossible to know who will be the best until the time to book. Availability issues, etc.
