Its such a difficult time to find a job right now! i know how you feel.
There isn't much to say but keep trying , often its just luck , something can suddenly come up.
-get a sibling/parent someone to help you with your cv ,make sure its good.
-ask to hand your cv straight to the manager
-look online, indeed, irish jobs.ie , monster, gumtree
-try babysitting/childminding if you have a few references?
    - try use any connections you have if any family/friends could recommend you for a position?
