In town today, 2 shops. both having a closing sale.
One Sports Shop called Sportsmith, Cathedral Street, just off O'Connell Street, across from Revenue with 50% off everything.
Got 2 Barcelona jerseys for €10 each :D, loads of stuff but not many boots left :(.

Another closing down sale is around the corner, on O'Connell St/North Earl Street.
Mens clothes shop used to be Best, now called something different but the stock looks the exact same.
Suits reduced from €299 to €99, Ties 3 for €10, Trousers & Shirts 50%-70% off, jackets 75% off.
Some of the original shirt prices did look to be overpriced to me though.

Think that mens clothes shop has been "closing down" for two years now :)

I know a couple of the Lads working in the Suit Co and it is really closing down
This time. When walking past the front of the building look up and you will see that the signs are up, stating the building is now up for lease.

+1 for sportsmith. Was one of the best football shops in town before the internet changed everything.

Google quotes the opening hours on Thursday as 9:30am-9:00pm. Definitely going to have to pop in after work.

Loads left still. Got 3 pairs of trousers for less than what one pair should have cost, although the sizing tends to vary. 2 pairs of the same waist trousers fit quite differently.

Closing in September according to the girl on the till

I was in there yesterday, mostly looking for jerseys. They've Steau, Hertha, Lens, Marsielle and a few others but mostly in fairly massive sizes.

I ended up just buying Croatia and Liverpool socks for playing football.

Chatted to the owner for a bit about the World Cup, sound lad.
