Need recommendations for hotel in Rome

We're hoping to have a Winter break in Rome and are looking for hotels that are of a similar standard to Irish hotels. Basically we want a comfy king size bed, tea/coffee facilities in the room, a shower and a TV in the room. I waded through page after page of hotels yesterday and it's shockingly hard to find any that have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The king size bed is a must as my husband is very tall and I don't want 2 beds pushed together. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I am just back from Rome and stayed in an apartment in Trastevere. I know you said you wanted a hotel but honestly, I will not go back to a hotel in Rome again after staying in the apartment. It is designed for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fabulous! If you search Bright and Quiet on tripadvisor you should find it. I would highly recommend it!
