In the words of that Freshest member of pop-culture royalty and his alliteratively-appellated amigo:

This means we're way overdue for a Beers outing.

    HOWEVER.

A certain popular global archaeology festival is starting soon, and it is to be expected that many fine beverage dispensaries will be dedicating at least some of their premises to coverage of same.

As such, I propose that we decamp to somewhere like Hampstead Heath with suitable provisions and enjoy the weather. I'm open to suggestions for other locations; good transport links would be helpful, as would locations with good backup options nearby in the event of Weather-Related Mishaps.

    Who's in?

Can you make it on the afternoon of Saturday 28th June? 4 votes

If you wanted to avoid the Archaeology you could've just had it the night before as there's none on. Archaeologists need rest days too.

Hmm. I generally prefer Saturday outings, but if enough folks are keen on a Friday night excursion I'm sure we can sort something out.

Jaysis, you guys are coming up with some good excuses. Mine, if I had one (which I don't, I'm so in) would be along the lines of like, washing my hair, or the dog ate my Oyster card or something.

I'm getting the distinct feeling that there's a No HomersFyshs club going on here, what with nobody being around...

I'll be there. *hugs and cuddles*

I won't however be around on the 05 July. So choose wisely, young Fysh

Alright, due to poor choice of date on my part this appears to be a bit of a damp squid. Compounding this, the weather is looking somewhat ropey for Saturday, with the current prediction being showers in the morning and a hopefully clear afternoon.

Given this, I'm going to see how tomorrow's prediction looks and make a call then.

Based on the forecastor today and the fact that it's already bucketing down in NW6, I'm officially calling today a washout :(
