Ryanair Baggage Charges at Airport

Hi just want to know does anyone have an idea how much Ryanair charge to check in a 15kg bag if you just turn up at the airport? I heard it was 15 euro which i don't think makes sense as its 25 online if you want to check one in after buying flights previous to paying for checking in a bag.
