Hi I am manager of an apartment complex (55 apts over 4 floors) - its approx 15 years old - most of the carpets in the corridors are stained and we have tried washing them but still look bad. We are considering replacing them - can anyone recommend whats the best options ie cheap carpet and get another 10 to 15 years out…

Hi

I am manager of an apartment complex (55 apts over 4 floors) - its approx 15 years old - most of the carpets in the corridors are stained and we have tried washing them but still look bad.
We are considering replacing them - can anyone recommend whats the best options ie cheap carpet and get another 10 to 15 years out of it or go for contractors lino (very expensive)
Anyone know where to get carpet at wholesale price

Any advice opinions or suggestions are welcome
