Hi all, I'm looking to join a gym in dundrum or ballinteer. I don't need anything fancy as I am a beginner, just basic cardio and weights section plus some classes. Rock fitness and body fitness dundrum are both within walking distance,I would love any recommendations before paying out a membership? Thanks!

I don't know body fitness. Where is it?
There is a place under the luas flyover called power house. I have not been in.
I do know Rock Fitness and can highly recommend it. Clean, friendly and not to packed.

Thanks for your reply, body fitness is above the ballally luas stop. Great to hear a recommendation for rock fitness, it's quite cheap too!

Yeah I went to Rock fitness on a living social deal and did tons of great classes, really friendly bunch.

    Hi,

I did a search but this is the closest thread I could find to my topic,

Has anyone used powerhouse fitness by Dundrum luas stop? It looks like its classes only which I think would be good for me anyway, am kind of starting out.

Can't find any real reviews so would really appreciate thoughts and if classes would be enough without any gym work (just for general fitness, a bit of muscle would be good too! )
