Last few rounds I played my swing felt weird not getting into the ball,
Went back the gym after 9 months away because off tennis elbow that's sorted,
know my traps are sore pain in right shoulder, pyhsio said flexibility in neck is very bad,
Is it time to give up weight training iv done for 20 years with a coupe breaks,
maybe do something like yoga to help with flexibility

Any chance you are carrying your clubs or pulling a trolley on a hilly course. Either of these can affect backs, necks and shoulders especially if your bag is loaded down. Electric trolleys are great for keeping you fresh for a full round.

I wouldn't think giving up exercise like weight training would solve your shoulder issues. Pilates and yoga are great for flexibility focussing on the core and are worthwhile.

I think your physio should give you specific shoulder issues based on his assessment of you.

:D with a neck like yours don't really see it as a problem :D

Push that trolley a bit more and leave the carry bag at home.

My American fitness friends like to say women are unstable and men are inflexible!!

Ladies should lift, guys should do yoga.
