swapping i5 750 with i7 4770T

I built a system a few years back with a GA-H55M-USB3 motherboard (LGA1156 socket). I used an i5 750 processor at the time and it has served me well. But recently a mate of mine gave me an i7 4770T chip (FCLGA1150 socket as far as I can see).

Is it possible to swap the i5 with the i7 on my current motherboard? Are LGA1156 sockets designed to work with the i7 4770T chip?

I've been searching online but haven't really found a definitive answer, so I thought I'd ask the geniuses on here :)
