My car door seals are looking a bit grubby/old.

What do you guys recommend for giving them a good old clean and bring them back to life a bit?

Is an all purpose cleaner going to be OK?

Yeah, APC, a detailing brush and a bunch of cheap microfibers.

Spray on, agitate, wipe with a microfiber; repeat if necessary ;)

I have had great results using the below on seals after cleaning. keeps them supple and stops freezing in winter.

Or you can just buy silicone spray and apply it on the seals and they will look and feel like brand new.

As Bobo78 said, Silicone oil; get a can of it in any motorfactors, halfords, or possible a pound world type shop. The stuff is magic, completely revitalises rubber.

Clean first then use WD40 or Autogylm Vinyl & Rubber Care with a soft cloth.
