Were there swabs from her at either of the days? Possible that her natural heat was timed just after you injected her.

Bull her again. If she doesn't have 3 week cycle
after that. Then she probably have a cycle disfunction. Wait and see for now

Lad, she is most likely cystic. Natural heats don't occur in this instance.

If she is worth a few quid, get her checked for cysts by a Vet. If not, wait till she comes on again, give her 5ml of recptal, wait 5 days, CIDR, 7 days later, Estrumate, 1 day later remove CIDR and watch for heat. 2.5 ml Recptal immediately when first notice of heat and AI 8 - 12 hours after first notice of heat. If she shows an irregular heat after that fatten her and cut ur losses.

As all of those medications/devices (RECEPTAL, ESTRUMATE, CIDR) are POM (Prescription only medicine) or VPO (Veterinary Practitioner use only), a vet is going to have to be involved anyway.
Might as well get them to do a proper examination and diagnoses, before following the advice of a random stranger on the Internet.

It's true, I guess he shouldn't have posted on boards at all

Just pointing out that your very detailed and specific suggested treatment can't be done without the involvement of a vet anyway, so that vet might as well examine the beast and offer their own opinion while they're there.

Please read my post clearly, I did advise a VET initially however it will incur a call out fee. If I look any those drugs they hand over the counter.
