Insurance Question

    ***Sorry if im in the wrong place but anyway***

    Can someone that's 50+ with more then 5 years plus no claims and fully comp insurance drive a car that's not belong too them if its ncted and taxed.. but not have a current policy but be a named driver with their company???

    hes a named driver on his spouses car which is with the same insurance company

    So he's not going to drive on his own insurance but as a named driver?Wouldn't have thought so if that's the case.
