In the past (2011) I was summonsed to court twice for not producing my insurance, nct, tax and no license. I had all of these things and even went to the garda station and the guard told me ''don't bother going to court, i'll get this struck out''

Then a year later I was summonsed again for the exact same thing. This time I went to court but obviousally got the matter stuck out.

The problem is I do lots of work with different organisations and get vetted every few months. My court appearances have appeared on the vetting forms even though they were struck out.

I assume they are on pulse and would like to get them deleted, if possible? How would I go about getting them deleted from my record. I don't see the purpose in keeping them.

    Thanks Lads.....

I dont think you can get them deleted. They are a matter of record.

I heard you could if they were struck out? I also heard they are on pulse simply to record the fact that a summons was served.
