Aerlingus Return flight policy

I have a quick question as regards Aerlingus policy on bookings. I recently bought a return flight from Germany, but due to a change of plans can only use the return portion of the booking. Does anyone know if EI follow the policy of cancelling a return portion if the first isn't used or should I be ok just to check in for the latter flight?

Ask the EI facebook page tomorrow morning....better chance of an informed answer.

i had to do this recently and there was no issue. You book the outbound and return leg as separate flights.

Same. EI honour the return leg when the outbound leg is not used.
