unpaid standing order ptsb

    Would anyone know if permanent tsb send a letter to customers after an unpaid standing order on my account. I just noticed the €10 charge from them and forwarded the payment manually so thats fine but will i receive a letter or not from them about it? I usually dont receive any post from them i have estatements and do all online

    Why does it matter? You seem to have no problem are you afraid they'll waste the paper?
