    The percentage of fat in your legs will not accurately represent the percentage of fat in your body and the percentage change in the fat in your legs will not necessarily reflect the change in overall bodyfat %.

    Nah, genetics determine areas where fat likes to go.

    I think most people suffer the same dilemma between dinner and bedtime. I found the best way to avoid this was to be out and active and not watching tv. Luckily, I don't have any kids so that wasn't difficult for me.

    I went walking, running, to the gym or a coffee shop before having dinner at 8-9pm. Not sure if eating so late is discouraged but it didn't seem to affect me too much.

    Carbonated water is excellent to kill cravings at night time. I drank 2Litres every night.

    Don't buy anything you don't want to eat.
