Changing bearings in disk/four spoke

    Have been told that the bearings are gone in my four spoke resulting in a little play. Now... I'd like to change these on the smallest budget possible and am aware of where I can get bearings for a good price but... I'm somewhat mechanically retarded and can't find a guide online that doesn't involve a hammer or freezing the bearings to fit them or similar. Considering the carbon element in this I'm not 100% confident in my own abilities, anyone could a "Dummies guide to..." instructional? Or should I just pay a little to be safe?
