Raw / Cured Meat Query!

Just wondering is it safe to mix cured salami with raw mince beef? For example: I want to blend a salami (if it is safe to do so) with mince beef along with various herbs to make a home made burger - freeze and then bbq. I am aware of cross - contamination but don't know enough about it in this case. I would appreciate…

Cross contamination refers to raw meat contaminating cooked food. Not the other way around. As long as you cook it properly it's fine.
