Anyone a member? I walked in a few nights ago for a gawk and it looked interesting. I like the seemingly variety of classes. 30 quid-ish a month. Is it worth it?

    Thanks in advance. :)

Are you a regular user? I'd be using it between 6-8 ideally during the week and Saturday mornings.

I'm only ever there in the mornings between 7-8.

Decent gym, decent equipment, shit bars. Only ever there after 8pm midweek and during the day weekends though.

If it's 6-8 in the evenings, it's usually packed. Crowd usually leaves by half 8/9. That's the best time to go imo. Used to go at half 7 but usually leave it until 9 or half 9 now.

Starts getting busy between half 6 and 7 but nothing manic. I'm always out by half 7 but I assume the pre-work crowd are in half 7 - half 8.

As a slight divergence, does the Flyefit on Baggot St get very packed in the mornings ?.
Recently, the weights area at lunchtimes have been fairly full so I was thinking of
    getting in at 8.00.

It's fine. It used to be a garage so it has high ceilings and plenty of air, doesn't get stuffy. Only downside is that it can get really crowded at lunchtime and after work.
