    Hi,

My partner is Irish and I am Taiwanese, we have been together for over 3 years and are interested in getting the de facto relationship permission. We have started gathering documents and have most of the requirements asked according to INIS website but we are confused about a couple things.

I am already in ireland and within my 90 day landing permission. So first, should we go to dublin and submit our application? Is there a fee at the INIS? or Should I go register with the Garda fist? (its confusing because the website says thats the first thing you should do if you want to stay longer than 3 months but then they need proof of residency which I dont have e.g. work permit), we are aware that there is a 300 Euro fee there.

Please tell me what I should do and if what fees we need to pay. Also the helplines arent working anymore. Is there another number I could call?

    Thanks for the help
