Work mate has a house that he bought in 2000. It was constructed shortly before that - late 98 / 99.
He has some mould growth problems and just looking around it myself, I see that there are little to no vents in the house. The only vent I saw was a mechanical extractor in an ensuite bathroom.
I assume that there were regulations governing such things at that time.
Anyone give me a basic rundown of what should be installed.

The relevant document is TGD part F (1997).
I'm not sure if there is an online copy.

Did you check the windows for trickle vents?
