    Nixe tuna with rice

    Anyone eat these? I've been eating them a lot recently. There is no nutritional info on the packet so I'm not sure how good they are. They taste good.. I'm worried there might be too much salt in them.

    Try looking it up on MyFitnessPal if you're finding it hard to get it through a Google search

    From a few searches, it looks to be between 430 and 500mg of Sodium per pack.
