As the title says I forgot to sign on. Was meant to be last Wednesday and woke up today thinking it was this Wednesday, such an idiot. Would have to be a bank holiday today, so they won't be open till tomorrow. Do you reckon they will have cut my money off? If I head down first thing in the morning and explain to them that I forgot, will my money still be there for me in the post office on Wednesday?

You will have to sign on this week instead and your payment will be delayed until next week, meaning you will get two payments next week.

This happened to me once before, I signed on a week after I was supposed to sign on, the chances of your money in your bank tomorrow are pretty slim, although you never know until you check your balance, however if it's not in your bank you can also visit your community welfare officer who will issue you with a cheque for less than the full amount that you were due and the balance will be paid by social welfare the following week along with your regular payment.
