Recently , people have been telling me that despite "magic" mushrooms being illegal in Ireland it is still possible and legal to buy online cultivation kits as they contain only spores. I find this unbelievable and would like to prove my friends wrong but can't find any information. Am I right in believing that this is illegal? Thanks

Why did you ask this under two names? The fact that your second username is dealer slang would indicate that you intend to sell the mushrooms which would be illegal. Bit silly of you to post your full name in your first post though.

Point taken! But jumping from a well used phrase to assuming I will be selling is a bit much. And by the way that name has nothing to do with illicit substances in the slightest I have been using that moniker since I was a child!
