    Hi folks

After a year of looking I have found a garage to store my mg
As luck would have it there is another bay free. It's dry, has power and light and in a very handy and quiet location near darty at the back of rathmines.
There plenty of room for the car and extra for storage.

I'm getting my bay for €80 per month on the basis of a years lease.
Drop me a pm if you're looking for a spot and I can fill you in.
Just an FYI the guy is not interested in renting it out as a workshop as he doesn't want to upset the neighbours, it's for car storage only.

    Cheers
    Hick

€80 a month is good...I wonder if I could get that renting out a space in my garage? Probably not in rural Cork I guess.

Private owner can work on the car
He doesn't want someone setting up commercially ie line of cars on the street with a busy garage going every day.
