Help calculating part time annual leave

Hi, I'm looking for help calculating annual leave for part time work. I'm currently on maternity leave, I have read up on citizens info on employment websites that state I am entitled to any annual leave and public holidays while on leave as if I was working those 26 weeks.
Before I left work in January Payroll said I'll have a choice of getting these accrued hours added onto leave or kept for me to use later, she did say though hours would not be a lot as I'm part time.

My job works from 8% rule to calculate. My normal working week is 20hours, so am I right when I calculated
    20hrs x 26 weeks = 520 hours
    520 / 8% = 41.6 hours
Does that mean I am entitled to 41.6 hours leave earned during my maternity leave, plus 4 bank holidays where I would normally get 3 hours for each. Or does it work from contracted hours per week? I have no min/max hours on my contract, has always been 20hrs agreed.
Not looking for legal advice, just need help calculating as don't want to be left short!
    Thanks

Does your contract actually say zero hours.

Or does it say 20 hours, and leave the specific ones you work to be agreed?

Fished out my contract now. This is what it says:

"You normal working week will be 5 days Monday to Sunday as per your roster. Starting and finishing times will be agreed with your manager. You may be required to work overtime on such terms and conditions as will be in force from time to time including the N.M.W legislation, 2004."

Above is literal word for word, including You instead of Your.

    Regarding Holidays it says:
"Your holiday entitlements shall be in accordance with the "Organisation of Working Time Act" 1997, the provisions of a J.J.C or other special agreement whichever is applicable to your situation, and the prevailing minimum day's holidays in operation within the state at any time."

The holidays paragraph totally confuses me!!
