I saw an add for it on the television this morning. It looks really intensive. They said you would get results in 60 days, but I was just curious if it was sustainable to after the 60 days.

I completed Insanity this year. Would definitely recommend it, I was doing a lot of road running and wanted to change it up so took this up. I have seen huge differences in my body shape since I completed it. I'm not ribbed or anything, but alot of fat has been burned off my body. I probably would have achieved more if I stuck to the diet that comes with it but I loosely based my own diet on it. I will say its tough and depending on your initial fitness may/may not be for you. However if you have any level of fitness i would recommend it, go at your own pace and keep at it. It's a long programme and I know at the end I was glad it was over as 6 days a week is a big commitment. I still do it a number of days a week now and find its a great work out. You'll be dripping after each session and you will ache. Definitely read the suggested diet as you will need extra energy to get through these workouts and ensure you have a good pair of runners for the task. Many of the reviews say you will notice differences after week 1, I must say I didn't, in fact I was nearly finished before I saw any notable results. After completing I noticed I continued to see the results so don't loose heart if you don't look like Shaun T after day 5. Got mine from Argos, I pondered over it wondering should I/shouldnt I, would it be a waste of money and for me its some of the best money I ever spent. Its so convenient. After completing it i'm still getting 3/4 days a week use out of it. The hardest part of it is sticking to it, getting your mind in that place, it will be easy to walk away and give up but DONT. It'll be worth it in the end. Regardless what you look like at the end you'll know notice a huge difference in your fitness. Best of luck.
