Anybody had any experience with SQS?? I've been selected for a first stage of the process for graduate position. I can pick between August and October intake. I chose October because I'm currently unavailable.

    The process is as follows:
    1) Telephone screening interview
    2) Assessment day - this involves presentation by SQS, technical tests, teamwork and communication assessments and an interview
    3) Boot camp training in South Africa - our official graduate training takes place at our SQS South Africa office for 3 weeks where you will gain the official software testing certificate (ISTQB)
    4) Start with SQS (Dublin office)

So if anyone had any process experience, I'd appreciate any help.

I'm surprised you would need to go all the way to south africa for that cert.
Its not that difficult if i remember.
Maybe to do it from no IT experience at all and in 3 weeks ..

Thanks for asking your friend. Wasn't able to make it into town today.

Really nervous for this assessment centre just because I haven't really found much online about it and the fact that it will take all day. Thanks again ;)

Anyone got any feedback on this? I've just been selected also and am wondering what the technical tests involve?
I'm guessing coding of some form?
Also how do they assess our team-working and communication skills?

..And yes, I joined boards.ie specifically to ask that question
