Canon G11 lens stuck

    My Canon G11 just stopped working. It wasn't dropped or bumped. It didn't get dirty or wet. But the lens refuses to come out and the only message I see is a lens error warning.

    Is this a common problem? Is there a fix for it? I love my SLR, but the G11 is a really useful little thing and I'd hate to throw it away.

    Any suggestions?
