    Hi all,
Anyone have any recommendations on the best Giant brank bike, budget approx €1500? Looking to upgrade from what I have already.

I'm interested in a really good road bike/racer for myself.

TCR Composite 3 @ €1349 would be my choice. Carbon frame, 10sp Tiagra.

Defy has a very tall head tube.

    Depends what you want really.

@Lumen - what is the impact of having a very tall (or even a very short) head tube?

    Just curious. NMG

Changes the height of the handlebars, and therefore the weight distribution, balance and relative load on the arms, hands and back.

    Shorter head tube = racier.

    And then some. I bought a Defy 4 (RRP €750) for €650 from my LBS - that's a 13% (ish) discount.
