    I didn't have enough money in my account and the direct debit failed, what should I do now? Pay the bill or the direct debit be done again?

    Hi Rafael,

    This depends on certain factors so the best thing to do would be to send us a private message stating that you are the account-holder and your Electric Ireland account number, telephone number and your name and address as they appear on your bill.
