Where do I go to get scratch buffered?

I have a small scratch on the back of my car. Brought it to garage but they say whole bumper would need to be resprayed (very expensive). They suggested I bring it to a car valet and ask them to buffer it out. Can anyone recommend somedwere on the northside ir advise who I can get to do this?
