    Hi,

I need to replace the white bar tape on my Cannondale Super Six 105 Carbon 2012. There seems to be a lot of Cannondale Synapse Handlebar Tape on the web but never got anything closer than that.

I only want to spend around €25 but don't know what to get (soft/support etc) . Not really keen on anything to wild looking and would probably go white again (since it came with the bike).

    Please advise!

It's expensive (€33 on CRC) but Lizard skins tape is great - grippy, comfortable and durable. I'd go for black though.

I forgot about CRC. Not sure about Lizard. I was looking for something plain but has to have comfort/sponge

Yip - that's the stuff I have (Though I foolishly bought orange, black all the way from now on, other colours require too much looking after)

Anyone got a recommendation for white bar tape that is easy to clean? I know black is way more practical but I like the look of white on my bike.

Its expensive but you obviously rate it. I guess it would last but the tape I had already was pretty good (bar the cuts & dirt).

The white lizard skin will go black as soon as you touch it with gloves. I'd recommend as others have earlier Zipp service course.

I got the lizard skins just there now. I am missing black insulating tape so I will have to wait until that arrives before I get to try it out on a cycle but it looks good so far.

The texture feels like rubber as opposed to cloth like my old tape which can only help to keep the white colour. Also its quite spungy so it will give me a nice break when on Irish roads.

Thanks for the help & recommendations !!!
