    Hi Folks,

I am looking at opening a business in Edenderry Co. Offaly and just doing up my business plan is there anyway to find out how rates are calculated? Is it just go to the council offices or is there a way to find out online as I cant seem to find anything although I may have been searching in the wrong places.

    Any help would be appreciated.

The Council are the people to go to but you will probably be quicker just going into an agents and asking for typical rates for the size unit you are considering.
